Active Duty Applicants

Important Information for Active Duty Service Members

In addition to completing the online application for housing, the following documents are required to qualify you for a home offer. You can conveniently and securely upload these documents during the online application process.

Required Documents for Active Duty Service Members:

Official Military Orders and All Amendments
Current End of Month Leave & Earnings Statement (LES), Required by Move in
Request and Authority for Leave - Block 22 filled out (Air Force), Absence Request (Army)

Other Eligible Tenants

Important Information for Other Eligible Tenant Applicants

In addition to completing the online application for housing, the following documents are required to qualify you for a home offer. Some of the documents listed are only required for specific applicant types such as military retirees or Department of Defense employees. You can conveniently and securely upload the applicable required documents during the online application process.

Required Documents for Non-Active Duty Service Members:

All Non-Active Duty Applicants:
- Proof of Income (See Non-Active Duty Rental Criteria below for examples)
- Driver's License or Passport for all occupants over the age of 18 (for in-person review)
Military Retirees:
- DD214
- DFAS Retiree Account Statement
Department of Defense Employees:
- Civilian Leave and Earnings Statement
- Standard Form 50

Please review the Non-Active Duty Rental Criteria for information about the credit and background check requirements, rental scoring process, and security deposit. During the qualification process, a $23 application fee is collected for each occupant over the age of 18.
