General Virus Prevention:  How to Protect Yourself & Others
It is important that we remain vigilant and work together as a community to prevent the spread of COVID-19.  The CDC recommends continuing the following practices to prevent illness.
  • Clean your hands often – Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and/or use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.  Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth as much as possible.
  • Avoid close contact – Limit contact with others as much as possible, especially contact with those who are sick.  Keep a distance of at least 6-feet between yourself and others whenever possible.
  • Wear a face covering – Everyone should wear a face covering in public settings when around people not living in their household.  Continue to keep 6-feet between yourself and others whenever possible.  A face covering is not a substitute for social distancing.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes – Always cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze.  Throw away used tissues and wash your hands often.
  • Clean and disinfect – Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily.  This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets and sinks.
We ask for your cooperation as relates to practicing social distancing and the wearing of face coverings while in your community or interacting with your neighbors, other residents and members of our team.  Please follow all posted guidance at community offices and in amenity spaces.  When using amenities please practice social distancing between households and take prevention measures to protect yourself and your family.  Click here to learn more about how to protect yourself and others from COVID-19.
PCS Season Tips:
  • Community offices are open by appointment only for in-person community and leasing office visits. Residents are encouraged to use our website, Resident Portal, telephone and/or e-mail to contact our team.  Our team is adhering to social distancing guidelines (6-foot minimum), DoD face-covering guidance, enhanced personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning practices to prevent further spread of the virus.  We ask that you wear a face covering and practice social distancing during interactions with our team.
  • We understand there is continued uncertainty for many residents related to PCS orders and travel.  Our team is committed to working with you and your family as we navigate this unique PCS season.  Please keep your community office up to date on changes to your orders, transportation dates and exception to policy status.  We understand the standard 30-day notice may not always be possible, but the more notice and communication we receive, the more flexible we can be.
  • The re-opening of indoor and outdoor community amenities including pools, splash pads, exercise rooms, playrooms, etc. will occur in phases and generally in-sync with local installation and community guidelines related to the re-opening of public facilities.  This may happen independently of other steps taken during this transition period.
  • You are encouraged to use the Resident Portal for online rent payments, access to community forms and resources, to submit routine service orders and to check on the status of your service orders. We are temporarily waiving credit and debit card fees on payments completed through the Resident Portal for your convenience.
  • Please continue to call in emergency and urgent service orders through the Maintenance Hotline at 719-597-7204 so our team can safely address them in a timely manner.  Routine service orders can be called in or submitted through the Resident Portal or App.
  • Limited self-help items such as grass seed, Light bulbs, HVAC filters, water filters, and blind slats are available for delivery upon request.
